Tariff

"Per day" refers to a 24 hour period. or part of.

Example: Drop off at 11am pick up before 11am on day of departure. 

Over 24hrs will be charged at the half or full day rate.

Example: Drop off at 10am pick up at 2pm on day of departure = Additional 1/2 day board of £10.

 

Booking/Deposit

DOGS: We meet all new dogs before we accept a booking. (please phone for appointment)

CATS: We do not need to meet new cats but owners are welcome to visit if they wish. (please phone for appointment) Viewing is strictly by appointment only

 

A 50% (£20 minimum) deposit will be required at time of booking.

The balance is payable on commencement of your pets stay in cash.

*Should you collect your dog earlier than the agreed dates you are still liable for the full amount.

*If for any reason you are delayed and are unable to collect your pet on the agreed time or day you must notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate it, where this is not possible we will endeavour to make alternative arrangements and any addition fees/transfers will be payable by the owner.

*Any pets not collected on the agreed day without prior notification or word from the owners within 48hrs will be deemed to have been abandoned and the animal welfare officer notified.

*We reserve the right to charge for any damage (other than reasonable wear and tear) caused by the client's dog to the carers home/furnishings or other boarders property during the course of the dog's stay.

CANCELLATION

A £20 fee will be charged to process the cancellation.

Cancellation within 14 days of a confirmed booking will be subject to payment of the full balance for the cancelled boarding period.

Cancellation of booking over 14 days notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

If we are able to rebook any cancelled dates the we will reduce the cancellation fee accordingly.

Health & Welfare
*Pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed prior to boarding on the booking form. We reserve the right to refuse any pet that is showing signs of injury, pregnancy or disease.

*If your pet becomes ill whilst in our care we will inform you or your emergency contact as soon as possible. Should you and the Emergency Contact not be available agreement is given to Ffoslas Farm Pet Hotel to make any decision necessary regarding the dog/s health provided it is acting in the best interests of the dog(s) and is on the advice of a qualified veterinary surgeon. Should your pet(s) need veterinary attention we will take them to your nominated vet if practical or our vet for treatment. All veterinary bills incurred during the period of the booking, as well as other incidental expenses such as transportation costs to the veterinary surgery, additional care needs etc will be paid by the owner.

*We cannot be held responsible for fleas/ticks/mites etc as these can be picked up on walks or exercising even when dogs are treated, but we will do our utmost to prevent such problems. Neither can we be held responsible for problems outside our control or for pets without recommended vaccinations/treatments.

*Should the dog(s) show aggressive behaviour or their behaviour becomes uncontrollable or a nuisance beyond reasonable acceptance, the dog(s) will be placed in an alternative safe environment and any additional costs, will be met by the owner. If a dog attacks, or is involved in a fight with another dog, (and/or person) causing injury to that dog (or person) they will be responsible for any losses incurred as a result including, but not limited to, payment of veterinary fees in respect of injuries to another animal caused by their dog. During the period of boarding we will exercise every possible care and attention to the welfare and safety of your pet(s).

 

*Ffoslas Farm Pet Hotel cannot accept any liability for loss, injury or death of the Owner's dog except when such loss, injury or death is recoverable under the terms of the Pet Hotel’s insurance policy.

 

Personal Items..... For their own comfort please bring your pets own bed/bedding( if they use one) and coat(s)
